Pricing and Terms of Business

Yes, we have a minimum of 25 orders per month.

No, we do not charge for platform integration as long as we have a pre-existing connection.  Our cloud-based software, Mint Soft offers over 60 marketplace and 80 courier integrations from a single platform.  There is a monthly charge of £25 should you wish to integrate a new connection not included.

We offer our customers an initial 12-month contract. The majority of our customers however have worked with us for many years, even decades. Speak to the team to discuss your individual requirements.

For simplicity and transparency, we charge a price per cubic metre, per week.

Prices start from £0.95 per item.

Yes, we offer a host of services, including, but not limited to; QC, product grading, bespoke reverse logistics solutions, packing, labelling, sewing, cutting, packaging consultancy, product management and cleaning. We also offer a range of marketing services including product photography, videography and print services. We are happy to discuss how we can work with you on any other services relating to your storage and fulfilment at AP+.

We can help you transfer any stock across to our warehouse whilst ensuring the move is as seamless as possible, including transportation throughout the UK. Please speak to one of our team to discuss further.

Platform Integration

We can integrate with 20+ shopping carts, such as Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce, 60+ Marketplaces, including Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Wayfair and Wowcher amongst many others. Our real time system also offers 80 courier integrations, including DPD, DX, DHL, Pallex, Panther, Tuffnells.

MintSoft offers our customers a single platform with real-time visibility and traceability to manage your online shops across multiple channels, marketplaces, inventory and couriers 24/7.

Use our API integration to view your information clearly and simply within Mint Soft or export the data if you prefer to CSV with the easy to use export builder.  Your account manager will be able to assist with any questions you may have.

Yes we do. Our warehouse management system integrates with over 60+ ecommerce sites so stock is updated in real-time from the moment it arrives at our warehouse, to when it lands with the customer.

You log in to your AP+ Mintsoft account and as soon as your orders have left our warehouse, the report will be active, daily.

Yes we can. We can divide your stock by website platform so the correct quantities are allocated to each site.

Yes we can add a courier of your choice to integrate with our system.  Please speak to our team on the best options for this.

Shipping and Insurance

Yes. We work with some of the best home delivery services in the UK, who offer 1.5 (2-man light) and 2-man delivery doorstep and room of choice tracking and 3 stage customer communication.   For furniture items, home installation services are available on request.  Carriers include BJS Home Delivery, Panther, DX, DHL international, Tuffnells.

Yes, we offer competitive pricing on freight forwarding, through customs and to our warehouse, including arranging deferment accounts. Please speak to one of the team for more information.

Yes we have global container shipping available.  Please ask the team for more information.

Our carrier management software MintSoft offers our customers the ability to ‘set rules’ for product shipments.

We have in-house insurance specialists, providing solutions for every aspect of your storage and logistics, including stock through put to insure the flow of your goods from the source of production to its final destination.
