Due to our substantial growth in Furniture Storage & Fulfilment, we are recruiting a Storage & Fulfilment Client Manager to join our rapidly expanding account management team dealing with goods in, storage, pick, pack and despatch from our 300,000 sqft warehouse in Adlington.
Duties Include:
• Growing and developing a fast-paced team and operation alongside our Warehouse/ Operations Manager
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, carriers and transport providers
• Processing orders
• Stock controls and audits
• Administrator, operator and on-going internal development of our 3PL management software, alongside our IT Director.
• General warehouse administration duties
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Salary £30,000 + (Negotiable on experience)
Previous experience is desired but not essential. However outstanding customer service and organisational skills, attention to detail and IT skills are a prerequisite. Knowledge of using API, SaaS, ERP platforms is desirable.
